Southern CrossFit Yoga integrates all the elements of a vinyasa yoga practice into a restorative release for CrossFit Athletes. A practice of pranayama (breath control) and asana (physical postures) along with cultivating a state of meditation is designed to lengthen muscles, keep joints healthy and improve flexibility whilst maintaining strength. The combination of these traditional yogic elements can also provide a practice to relieve stress, manage injuries and improve focus.
