40 Hand Release Bar Facing Burpees
40 Partner Ball Pass Sit Ups
400m Run (all at once)

Each trio has has 2x32/20kg Kettlebells. The kettlebells must remain of the ground throughout the entire workout and only one person may hold them at a time. Penalties apply if the Kettlebells hit the ground.
