Every minute for 5 minutes complete 7 Push Press 60/42.5, then remaining time do as many Chest to Bar Pull Ups as possible.

This weekend being Australia Day Weekend we will be heading up to Floreat Beach this Saturday for a bit of fun in the sun mate!! 
- 8am we will be hitting a little Beach WOD 
- 9am-11am The Beach Volley Ball courts have been hired for few casual games post workout. 

Sunday & Monday will be closed so enjoy your time off.
