THIS WEEKEND BEING AUSTRALIA DAY WEEKEND WE WILL BE HEADING UP TO FLOREAT BEACH THIS SATURDAY FOR A BIT OF FUN IN THE SUN MATE!! 
- 8AM WE WILL BE HITTING A LITTLE BEACH WOD 
- 9AM-11AM THE BEACH VOLLEY BALL COURTS HAVE BEEN HIRED FOR FEW CASUAL GAMES POST WORKOUT. 
SUNDAY & MONDAY WILL BE CLOSED SO ENJOY YOUR TIME OFF.
