This Saturday both Gyms will be running just one CrossFit Class at 9am. This will be one big AFL theme WOD before the Grand Final and no sign in for this class will be necessary. There will be no other accessory classes at either gym. Make sure you come on down as it should be heaps of fun! Wear your favourite football teams jumper/colours and it may save you from a penalty of some kind!
Both gyms will also be closed for the remainder of the long weekend and will operate as per usual from Tuesday.
