The Willetton Gym is Hosting a CrossFit Level 1 Course this weekend (see the events page) The Willetton Gym will be closed all weekend. We’re using this as an opportunity to get out of the box and do a fun park WOD!!
This Saturday at 8am down at the “Willetton Park” 2mins from the gym. (See Map for directions, Malindi St).
This will be our only class this weekend at the Willetton Gym!
The Nedlands Timetable will run as usual 8, 9 & 10am Classes
3 Rounds - 70 seconds work, 20 seconds rest
