BEACH WOD!!! This Saturday 8am at the south end of Port Beach (same spot as last year) 

All SXF Willetton & SXF Nedlands peeps come along for an awesome training sessions at the beach. 
***Both gyms closed this weekend due to CrossFit Level 2 course being held at SXF***

You can expect a great mix of sweat, sand & salt water so bring your budgie smugglers, towels, water bottles, and chaffing cream. 
(there is always options for people who don't wish to go in the water too
