This Saturday both gym's will be meeting up for a beach WOD. It will be located at the same place as last time - Port Beach in North Fremantle. Meet at the car park just south of Salt on the Beach restaurant, across the road from the sea containers. Workout begins at 8am, bring clothing appropriate for the beach and getting wet. It should be lot's of fun, see you there!
