Day 1: 100m Run
Day 2: 2 Box Jumps 30/24"
Day 3: 3 Wall Balls 20/14
Day 4: 4 Deadlifts 45/30kg
Day 5: 5 Push Ups
Day 6: 6 KB Swings 32/20kg
Day 7: 7 Squats
Day 8: 8 Push Press 45/30kg
Day 9: 9 Sit Ups
Day 10: 10 Burpees
Day 11: 11 Power Snatch 45/30
Day 12: Pistols

*The WOD is done for time and the sequence is done the same way as "The 12 Days of Christmas" is sung.

*Example: The 6th day of Christmas is: 6 x Kb Swings, 5 x Push Ups, 4 x Deadlifts, 3 x Dead Ball Slam, 2 x Box Jumps, and a partridge in a…oops, I mean, 1 x 100m Run.
