1:19 - sumo's were a bit all over the shop, tried to go too fast, should have focused on technique a bit more
5 x 5 snatch deadlifts - 50, 55, 60, 65, 70
WOD 2:20 rx'd. Pretty happy with that. Was aiming for sub-2 min but I'd prefer to RX & take a lil longer :)
Did 5x5 Back Squats to rest my hands: 100, 110, 115, 120, 120.
WOD: 1.52 Rx'd
