Deads were consistent but the burpee's were consistent ... ly slow.

Did the MMA Class today:
a) Deadlifts: 10-7-4-1
120, 150, 180, 210kg
b) 5rds of 1min work/1min rest
6Kb swings @ 32kg + max distance prowler push = sucky
c) for time: 300mt row, 20 burpees
