With a continuously running clock complete:
2min Double Unders
2min Squats
2min Push Ups
2min Squats
2min Double Unders
At the start of EACH amrap you must run 200m
Rest 1 Minute Between Exercises.
It saddens us to announce this but Saturday 30th June will be Coach Chengs last day with us at Southern CrossFit. Cheng has decided that he would like to move on to new adventures in his life. As a founding coach, Cheng has dedicated a lot of his time into making this great gym and will be sorely missed. We wish Cheng and Inez the best of luck in all future endeavours.
Cheng, thank you for everything you will be missed.
We will be having a BBQ and Beers on Saturday if you like to hang around for a while a see Cheng off with a cold one. Otherwise don't forget about the Ball as he will be there as well for one last hoorah.
