Perform as many Rounds as possible in 7 minutes of:

7 Sumo Deadlift High Pull 35kg/25kg

7 Thrusters

7 Pullups

 Post Rounds and Reps completed. 


Because many of the trainers will be away in NSW for Regionals, we have some slightly modified gym times for the upcoming fortnight.

From Wednesday the 16th to Wednesday the 23rd the Gym will be closed from Noon to 3.30pm. All classes will run as per usual except there will be no 12pm class which won't be on.

As of Thursday the 24th all class times will return to normal as per the timetable. Thanks!
