30 Dumbell Thrusters 20/12.5kg

30 Kettlebell Sumo Deadlift High-pulls 32/20kg

30 Burpees

30 Medball Cleans 20/14lb

30 Wallballs 20/14lb

Team members all start on different exercises and rotate to the next only once all team members have completed the 30 reps.
