Perform as many reps as possible for 2mins swapping with your partner when needed.
1st 2mins = Pendulum Swings. Must have straight arms, Kettlebell must go above shoulders -20reps will be deducted for dropping the Kettlebell. Pick up/Put it down.
2nd 2mins = Backwards skipping. Rope must rotate backwards
3rd 2mins = Row for calories
Score = combined total of reps & calories
