Hey all missed the meeting to night ref the whipper snapper diet ( Palio) as was wondering if it was disscussed where to get your red meats from ????

Turn out/lock out Muscle ups. All snatches full squat.
Muscle ups were easy but I took too long on the snatches. Bummed I didn't make the games 7 min cut off.

Did 50kg sqt snatches. Should have done the 60kg and got a slower time. Still a ways to go before I can do them properly consistently. Liked this one
Bombed out again on the muscle ups
17 sumtin.. Starte doin jumpin MUs half way. Didn't fail any of the snatches atleast.
I wanna look back on this post in a few months and enjoy makin MUs my bitch.
