28.10 asrx. My back started killing me during round 2 - came close to pulling out of the WOD, glad I didnt. Kelly - bring it on next time - I'm gonna kick your butt instead of you kicking mine today

Not happy. Sucked big time at wall balls and couldn't string them together.
Agree with Claire, Kelly is going to get her arse kicked next time I see her!

Bring on paleo. I started Monday, except for coffee.

Amazing how tight the lower back gets. Really feel it on the runs. Pretty happy considering yesterdays dismal Fran attempt.

difficult wod. must increase cardio. 34:49...so close to cut off so glad I made it!! 14lb wallball, rx boxjump....barefoot run yeahhhh. Thanks Rich, wouldn't've made it without u and gareth egging me on.

That's a fast time Richie, helps when your nine feet tall and run like a horse hahaha you should be proud of your Fran time cause you didn't do one rep that was shit.
