Warmup 60kg 5-70kg,3-90kg,2-100kg,2-105kg,1-110kg,1-120kg,1-125kg(fail) 120 is definitely a PB I think having a tight back from the D-lifts helped keep me straight haha. Ya Nader get on FB buddy!
Nice work guys! at crossfit territory - triplet today! 3x1min thrusters 30kg(rest 1:1) total 38 reps 5min amrap of 10 pullups and 50m run- did 5rounds plus 2 pullups 200m walking lunge - 6.38min rest 3 min between each. And it's flipping hot up here - sweated buckets! great group at cft but I miss my sxf crew :) see you friday!!
