Intermediate Every 2mins you must 'buy-in' with 10 double-unders
Beginner Every 2mins you must 'buy-in' with 30 single skips

*Rx'd: Muscle-ups men must lock-out turn out at the bottom. HSPU Men are on 1 x Red 25kg hands inside set area. Women are on the same plate with an ab-mat placed in between plates.
*Intermediate:Men Muscle-ups. Women, Chest to Bar Pull Ups. HSPU Men are on 1 x Red 25kg hands inside set area with 1 ab-mat. Women are on the same plate with 3 x ab-mat placed in between plates.
*Beginner: Men, Muscle-ups will be substituted with Chest to Bar Pull Ups. Women, Muscle Ups will be substituted with Pull Ups. HSPU will be substituted with chest to floor push ups on toes.
