Yep Burpee Box Jump pullups - joy.... NOT!!! Back sore as from yesterday! But could run today so pretty pleased!!!! Hip/back is on the mend!

with a box - I started doing box jumps but stacked it! Switched to stepping up. No rests.
I'd like to try this loading the bar for back-squats with an extra 5kg.
wait i can do the prescribed weight in this work out woohoo!!!!....whats the catch....of course the burpee pull ups!
