I really want to learn how to muscle up after that vid.
45kg sumo deadlifts. 11 rounds. Couldn't sustain 3 rounds per cycle after the first round. Finished the burpees in each other round - except for the 4th - I was deado! That was hard (in a great way :-)
looking forward to this tonight although a little scared about having to row the 100m each time.. blah..

Hmmm, I didn't come in this morning because of the deadlifts, but I could have done SDHP with Ali. Bugger.
Done at dodgy fitness first. On rower for 100. 15 rounds. Couldn't get the fourth round complete each time .
Hey Tracey, you can always do the sumo deadlifts (or other options - the guys have had me do one armed 32kg KB deads, heavy wall balls - all sorts of stuff to protect my pensioners' back!)
