Love the pic!
I suck at pull ups got strict on yellow band for last three rounds really want to work at this.
WOD 12.36 with 60kg deads and orange band for ring dips.. well done to all this morning it was a good one.
P/ups: yellow band for sets 1 - 5 (although chin was roooooly stretching to the bar on a few) Orange band sets 6 - 8.
WOD 12.02 but 10kgs wall balls in place of deads. Step ups instead of box jumps. Orange band ring dips. And I accidentally did 21 not 15 for first round - what a SPAZ.
Im so glad someone else did a 21 first round!!

Pull ups - 3 x red, 3 x o/y, 3 x orange, 3x y/y and ran out of time to do anymore
15.48 with 60kg deadlifts 18" box jumps and yellow and orange bands for dips. Really starting to think I'm a bit of a dumbarse, slipped off the bands in the dips and copped a band to the throat...oops!!
