Really wanted to get it in under 10 minutes but my pull-ups were too slow. Everything else was in good time. Next time I'll make it my bitch

I really enjoyed the row tonight. Felt really strong.....then came the thrusters and pull ups BA BOW!! :P
my last Jackie was 11.00 but it did the pull ups with red and orange band. So Im thinking thats possibly an improvement :)

Welcome to SXF Alex :) Thats exactly right. We all have to start somewhere, me I started with jumping pull ups. Great work with the WOD :)
