9:20 with 35kg bar (push ups as rx'd) I didn't attempt any heavy weights with the snatch balance because I wasn't happy with my form. Stuck with 27.5kg for the whole lot. Next time I'll bump it up.
Overall a pretty average time but I'm improving. A couple of weeks ago I wouldn't have been able to do the squats at 35kg.
snatch balance : some warm ups with the bar , some reps of 30 kgs...3x 40 kg 1 x 45 kg and ran out of time to do more singles. 9:34 rxd for the WOD - legs and chest were trashed after yesterday, but overlapping is good. well done Tracey!

WOD = 13.59 AsRx Thru the warm up we got told HSC, did a few reps with the weight doing HSC but for some reason come the wod i decide to do Cleans. Cheng is even yelling at me to not drop the bar and im hearing it as Cleans WT ? Weirdo.
Bec as for the oly lifting shoes, the Trainers will be able to tell you where you can buy some if you're interested. They are awesome.

First time at snatch balance: 3 x 20kgs, 3 x 30kgs, 2 x 35kgs, 2 x 37.5kgs, 3 x 40kgs (ran out of time to do one by one!)
WOD 4.36 but with 20kgs bar only and clapping push ups on knees. Awesome watching the guys doing the heavy weights push through - well done crew!
