18.12 Started with 35kg but soon realised I wasn't going to be able to do that 45 times and had to drop the weight to 30kg.
Definately not a morning person. Nearly fell asleep on the way home.
Was a toughy!
can't wait to give this workout a whirl after sectionals.... but til then MUST REST!!!!
I went with 37.5kg and still sucked. Gonna have to get some coaching so I don't keep trying to muscle the bar up. I did them in sets of 4 or 5 then went hard on the burpees.
gee whiz. it'll be harder power snatching the 70keggas than it will clean-pressing it!

19.55 with 40kg, but only 20 burpees per set. Got to get better at those.
