18mins (or a sec or two over) 40kg deads red band til round 7 or 8 then swapped to yellow/orange (red was a little too easy but no lighter bands were avail in the start).. this is a wod i can safely say that i didnt enjoy.. :( bring on next time, hopefully i can improve on it.. :)
60 kilo deadlifts, felt i could of done a little more but there is always next time. kind of found it hard with holding the breathe, once i finished the move i kind of had to pause and reset. I did the wall dips with a red band that was not so bad just gotta make sure i go all the way down and up. i enjoyed the wod :) but i feel like an old man now

15.01 - couldnt get down to the gym today, so did this one in my work gym -- no dip bars, so I did dips off a bench -- deadlifts at 40kg as have a lat injury which is still mending...
16.30 75% is 130 which would be far too much for me. Scaled to 100kg was hard enough! My form was also pretty shit near the end. I didn't have rings so did 8 dips on bars. Cost me 20 bucks at some gym. Enjoyed the mirrors!
21.30 with 70kg deadlifts and orange band on rings. 75% = approx 86kg. My form was crappy with rounded shoulders ;( Should have gone lighter and worked out my form issues. My hands also tore on the 5th or 6th round. Orange band was a little easy, so will go with the yellow next time. You live and learn!
time= 18:50 75%= 110kg Did one round at 110kg and realized wasn't going to finish took off the 20's and did 70kgs and that was to easy. need to work on the rings lost alot of time there.
Everyone who gave that one a go is a champ in my books. 23.53 Rxd @ 127.5kg. Struggling to bend at work today though...sucks to be one of my patients haha!

Finished somewhere in the 24th minute @ 100kg DLs. Avoided a dnf by a whisker.
Bloody tough, though the feeling of being 100% buggered afterwards is always fun.

Tough to maintain form, it well and trully went to puss for the last two rounds, glad I scaled.

I'm glad I accidently scaled...I thought I put two 5kg plates at the end but when I packed up my weights I saw that they were only 2.5kg.

20:20 with 60kg deads, 75% was 90kg but my dead lifts have always sucked... Until tonight felt solid all the way through, now to load up the weight.
Max box jumps were interesting...
