im new at this crossfit, looking at some of these wod's makes me think that some of wod's are too hard i dont want to be a pussy and skip a day if i think its too tough,i guess youve just got to push yourself that little extra each time to continually better yourself

Dont forget Matt, that everyone scales the workout according to their abilities. Doing the workout with a prescribed weight (as "rxd") is simply one of the goals that you should aim for, but defiitely not nessesary when you start out!

Team Belle, Nyrene and Astrid 16.45 with 15kg sand bag. Awesome work ladies. Belle you're a machine!!

we did 125 squats, 100 power cleans and 80 press to make up for the extra team mate :)

LOVED that workout guys!!! Definately hope this one makes another appearance in the future :)

Wikid turnout. Love seeing so many of the SXFitters at the same time!

15:23. Did this with one of my brothers with a punching bag. He spewed 3 times and the forth was air. Very funny to watch.

15.39 with Ben, 20kgs for me, 25kgs for Ben. (we took the 20kg bag for a run). Was a really 'fun' workout 'till the run!! One advantage of being married - the hubby has to lug the sandbag further! Great to see so many people at SXF, and some new people too!

15.39. I really liked the WOD today, I thought the run with the sandbag was going to be really tough so I was amazed when I managed to run a large section of the 1km.

Ah the joys of being a mum! think ending up doing three quaters of all of the lifting, and carried the sand bag for the whole run!!! I had agreat work out though.I'd do it all again with Georgia, as she hasnt run a km at cross fit until yesterday.GO GEORGIE.X
