Trigger Point ReGen Performance Workshop @ Southern CrossFit February 25th!

Where: Southern CrossFit HQ

When: 6:30pm - 9:00pm (Includes pre CrossFit class muscle prep session, then post CF class we go through education and a ReGen class)

This ReGen class at Southern CrossFit is going to be unique in that I will be on-hand for each class from 4:30pm, 5:30pm and then the 6:30pm class + ReGen class to go through a quick pre CrossFit muscle prep session. This will allow you to first hand see the benefits of using the Trigger Point Performance Tools pre session for opening up the neuromuscular pathways and getting your muscles activated for the session.

Why: The ReGen Performance Workshop is a two hour session, ideal for anyone who wants to learn a basic overview on human bio mechanics and muscular structure pertaining to athletics.

You will learn how to use the Trigger Point Products to not only treat your muscles effectively but to help get rid of common overuse injuries like plantar fasciitis, sciatica, lower back pain and IT band syndrome, and also to recover better and faster from workouts.

Class Cost: $70 (Due to Flight Costs to Perth, future classes will be $99 so get in before the price rise)

What Do I Get?

  • A free TP Massage Ball - Value $49.95
  • A two hour practical session on how to optimally use the Trigger Point Products
  • Instruction from Kristian Manietta - Australia’s head ReGen Performance Training Coach
  • Learn how to treat and get rid of common overuse injuries
  • Great deals on Trigger Point products after the class

took it easy on the back for the deads with just 20kg..
for the 7 round WOD i did:
14 x 24" step ups in lieu of box jumps and sit ups on abmat with arms forward.
    9.52..
I really enjoyed this WOD, crazy how quickly you feel buggered..

snatch deads I only did the 20kg bar (stoooopid back). Thanks for the technique tips Hayden.

WOD: 7.36 except I didn't realise (until the end when Robyn told me) that when doing box step ups instead of box jumps its x 2. Ooops! sorry guys (especially Ben who I 'beat' by 5 seconds!)
