i knew this was going to be tough and it was, i was worried about face planting with the box jumps

wish i had been counting throughout and i would have pulled the finger out for the other 2 reps

I hated but loved this workout at the same time, feel I am lacking in cardio recently which this more than makes up for, 312 with 12kg KB and small box, hopefully the shoulder is better next time and I can attempt the 16kg KB
