Why does it say 10-1 and 1-10 instead of just 55? There is no break between them so don't you just do 55 pretty well straight? Or am I missing something. Might try this one tomorrow.

Ryan, you'd do 10 burpees, 1 pushup, 9 burpees, 2 pushups etc
