Hey Lhani I did something this morning that I have done months ago and I was expecting to be faster this time as I thought I'm stronger, ended up I was slower! I was so dissapointed. I pushed hard, and I knew you were too in Christine today, but lots of factor could contribute that affected our performance today - at the end of the day its all about pushing it thru , mixing it up, and being able to perform the WOD eventho we are not in our tip top condition. Did well girl.
19.18 with row, 40kg deads, 42 step ups.. I hate step ups and would rather proper box jumps anyday, i hated this wod just because of the step ups.. I miss box jumps.. Was kind of mad, frustrated and upset after this wod coz i wanted to do more but couldnt coz im being careful with my back.. was also really upset with how much i felt like i struggled - felt like i was going so well in Aug and now coming back i am so far behind where i was and it really gets to me.. Next time..

Thanks Nez, i wanted to make all these excuses as to why i was slower but at the end of the day i could've pushed harder in Christine. Felt better in the rows this time round but didn't get out all the deads in one shot like last time. Stopped so many times in BJ's. Makes me more hungry to do this one again :) haha You're training has intensified for obvious reasons so keep up the good work. "Mind Over Body"
Robyn - great work out chick! I know how you feel about struggling at the moment....I'm never taking any time off again! Just attach it one day at a time and you'll get there!
17.45 50kg deads -- I am an epically bad box jumper...so thats the skill set I need to work on for this one!

So torn aboumy feelings for Christine. On one hand deadlifts are my favorite but on the other box jumps are my least favorite. Gggrrr
Went fairly light with the deads to avoid another back injury. Didn't have a timer. Good workout!
