so nice to be back with the morning crew and sooo much cooler in the morning too.. phew.. riding to the train however was VERY freaking hot!!

Awesome work yesterday Inez and Lhani! Robyn, I soo wanted to come today but my weak little princess hands are about to tear open and I just couldn't do it to myself before our holiday in Melbourne - yay! Went for a run instead, which as you all know I HATE running, so much prefer to do the WOD. See you all late next week : )
