"Fight Gone Bad"

Three rounds of:
Wall-ball, 10kg/5 ball, 10 ft target (Reps)
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 35kg/25  (Reps)
Box Jump, 20" box (Reps)
Push-press, 35kg/25 (Reps)
Row (Calories)


In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute.The clock does not reset or stop between exercises. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. On call of "rotate", the athletes must move to next station immediately for best score. One point is given for each rep, except on the rower where each calorie is one point.

We kick off the first challenge @ 9.15am sharp with the main event "Fight Gone Bad" workout @ 10.45am! $20 entry for the day will get you into all the challenges and the main workout. Spectators welcome too!

Even if your not participating get down to show your support for The Starlight Foundation by donating and of course enjoy the BBQ and beers afterwards. We will be running food & drink ticket's tomorrow guy's to save hassles. 1 ticket = 1 drink or food, $4 = 1 tix, $10 = 3 tix, $20 = 7 tix.
