5th set - 60kg

Around the middle there, it was as Cheng and Robyn put it 'a bit ugly'....but still done :)

First day back from the Northwest; did yesterday's WOD at my local globo:
4.5 rounds completed. Shoulders letting me down badly had to scale to 50kg then down to 45kg.
3 weeks out of the gym on beans and toast not serving me well...
Tonight hopefully my first night at SFX.
120, 120, 130, 135, 140... taking it easy, first time back for the dead's for a while
Nez i thought your PB was 110kg ?
Lhani - yea 110 is my 1 rep max deadlift, but i did 100 for 5 reps and 4 rounds and i've never done that before! I miscounted, I thought I did 90 but I recalculated and I realized I did 100 all the way. hahah.
lesson for today : dont let the numbers play with our minds, don't be scared of the numbers! just lift the f**k up! ahaha
Haha I think thats a better way of doing it. Let someone (or yourself if you can trick your own mind) rack your weights and tell you it's one thing but really it's another, kinda like a modified Placebo maybe. So you eventually got to the deads and burpee WOD hey.. Nice :)
