I know hey Dave...
Im taking a stand on this one and saying... Im Not Doing It!!! haha.. My excuse is shopping tonight, no time for the gym.. :P
myself and Eva had a falling out yesterday... but with todays session i would even consider rekindling the relationship... hate running
i heard that Eva looked a bit nasty.. Thats why i didnt attempt to make friends..
At least you did it Stevo!
the place looks sweet!!
The place looks awesome guys, cant wait to train hard and heavy there....
Steve u hate running??
yea rite!
I don't know how Im going to do a run especially since I still have a cold..oh well..I might see if I can run 7kms and row 3kms.
The box looks awesome guys! I cant wait to get to Perth at the end of the month and Do a WOD with you guys. Finger crossed I don't get beated by a girl(Inez). Nice Eva time Cheng, Dutch lists it as a 'bad; WOD because it is sucha slog but for that same reason it is good for developing mental toughness.
Brett -
great to hear ur coming down soon.
Man..that was life draining - first 2 rounds of kbs went down well unbroken, and Im still battling a cold so that made it worse as the WOD went on. Plus we were interrupted by the dumbass manager because me and nez were chalking it up! My best time on eva is 45.40
Stupid wife beats me again!
See u when you get here Brett
Incase anyones wondering I couldnt get to the box for the workout as I was working at fitness first and no pullup bar yet :o)
Only did 5km tonight... have a bad history of bone calcification issues... (a.k.a- i snap really easily) so im gonna save the shins for a few weeks!
Even though it was 1/2 distance..... it still bloody sucked.
21.15 (thought i was gonna breeze in under 20min but i died... and didnt have anyone shouting at me!... oops!)
Did some heavy deads and thrusters to make up for the rest
Sweeeeeeet Set up guys!
Im gonna have to come and join the crew........if only i could do a muscle up :( :( :(
hmmm... i doubt that there are many ppl who can do muscle ups yet... so come down anyway!!!
join the rest of us earth bound mortals...

Was the 10K horrible Inez? I'm considering trying it.
Tracey - it was a pure misery.
I ran 10.6 all the way till km 7, and then I hit the wall. My legs were numb and aching in all different places at the same time, I was struggling to keep myself upright, and I had to slowed down to walk and sipped some water and on the last 2 km I tried to speed up - ran at 11.5 but I couldn't go faster.
You should try it - it's one hell of a challenge.
Tracey - 10km is definitely made for you. Im sure you'd blitz it
10km - 54.58....It was really tuff...all mental, but once when your finished you feel great, a huge sense of accomplishment.
I have never ran 10km in my life and I could never have done it without doing crossfit for 3 months solid. It's amazing....
I will beat you next time Nez......
Glad we did it Reece - nobody else seemed to have the guts to do it I had to pumped myself up for 2 days.
Next one will be tougher ...cos u won't beat me
:D
I'll give the 10K a go soon. If I don't die I'll post my thoughts on it! The most I've run is 30mins which was just under 6kms, so 10kms should be a big challenge!
