yea I was thinking of doing tabata like work out but I thought as I;ll be training by myself I'd do something that I can keep track of the time better....sucks...

that sucked. i would have much preferred a filthy fifty!! felt weak as piss today!
squat = 115kg (120fail three times!)
Shoulder Press = 67.5kg (70 fail)
Deadlift = 145kg (150 fail)
Total = 327.5kg (350 target for next time!)
Did a couple of sets of 50 DU's as punishment for feeling crap!

I'm very interested to know which one of our trainers will get the most on this workout? After AMRAP with the paintbrush numbers may be down a little because of fatigue!!!! Except for you Jono...?

most pull ups were chest to bar ( except the last round was chin to bar)
push ups - er, not all is chest to floor - Cheng had a client and he was watching me, and he came up to me just to remind to touch the floor with the chest. Gee - thanks Cheng.
I did 20 rounds!!! yipee! after so many times I was stuck on 19, I finally broke the mould.
20 rounds plus 5 pull ups had 30 sec left.

squat = 130kg
shoulder press = 60kg
deadlift = 115kg (crap...need to work on my technique...very dissapointed)
Total: 305.

Actually my deadlift is 125kg...I only added 10kg for the olympic bar instead of 20kg..
am I right in my calculation??? Is it 20kg for an olympic bar?
btw.....I went to the gym at lunchtime, unpacked my stuff and forgot to bring a t-shirt!!
had to run down to the nearest surf store and buy a t-shirt so I could workout.
No excuses.............

its better to score less rounds and get a fuller range of motion in ANY exercise.... don't sacrifice too much form for intensity!!!
and yes cheng... i didn't know you guys wanted to get the oly posters, otherwise I would have split the shipping.... shipping was bloody US$35!!!!!

definitely..Im really into standards. I think almost all your pushups were chest to floor, except for the last round inez! I was training a client and I kept on peeking over my shoulder to check the standards of each rep!..just wanna make sure you got 20 rounds clean!
If anyone has any suggestions on what we should put up on the walls, that would be great!
Gym is looking great..Its friggin huge. Bumper plates coming soon...counting the days...
