Gave this one a crack today. I'm new to HPCs and suck big time so I went with a lighter weight. Got just over 4 rounds each time, nearly 5 on the last. Reasonable happy with that, but can't wait to get into some heavier weights.

I want to be lighter but so hard to maintain the lifts .
Haha, yeah tell me about it. I'm about 3kg heavier since joining the gym. Muscle is good though!

first wod since friday as we've been painting and building equipment all weekend....
total 3k run then;
just aimed for 5 rounds and started again at 4 mins(coz i was doing it off the clock on the wall!), was comin in well under 3 mins
