Final morning class "fitness test" 3 x laps of basketball court (initially was outside run) 10 push ups 20 sit ups 30 squats 9.47 previous fitness test time (last mth): 11.08 initial fitness test time: almost 16 mins STOKED!!!
6:49... i thought this one would suit me...... it didnt!! i went out like a bat out of clappers and completely died in the arse! It was embarrasing doing sets of 2 towards the end and barely getting up to the bar! this one needs some serious work...
rest day practice is normally of your choosing, as it gives you the opportunity to work on your weaknesses, eg. flexibility work that directly relates to you, and skills and drills for your weak areas. Rest days also give you the opportunity to learn new sports, but above all rest!--massage, physio, chiro
