Robyn, yea im so glad its over - I hate running. I also practiced Double Unders aftr running but I still sucked.

tabata row (20/10) - hit 100m pr interval except the last one, 99m...
100 single skips
squats
pushups

"Cindy"
AMRAP in 20minutes
5 pullups (knee in green band)
10 pushups
15 squats
20 rounds PR

and yes.... crossfit is addictive... and so is ferroro roche ice-cream.... also willing to try bacio.... AMRAP... *grin*

haha, carter you are hilarious.. Bacio is def a winner but as Astrid said, very addictive!
Nez, we practised our DU's this morning, totally excited, I got 11 straight.. haha.. Jo and leah smashed it getting 13 and 17 straight.. crazy biatches.. we're getting there..
