Morning workout 10 rounds (team of two - Leah and Myself) 10 back extensions 20 sit ups 30 wall balls (5kg Leah - 4kg me, starting with the lighter stuff again after being sick) time: 28.28 after yesterdays workout, felt like I could cry with every wall ball i did.. ouch.. :P
was at tracys... backsquat 7x3 100-110-120-130-135-140 (failed on second rep)
was quite spectacular failing on the second rep... rested on the bottom and couldn't roll the bar off my back, and the bar stayed there when I took my hands off, manage to flick it off and launch myself forwards into a pushup position...
3.15, 3.46, 4.14, 4.04.. not a great runner and am TOTALLY STOKED with my times..!! Next time i'll be aiming to keep all of them under 3.45.. Whoop Whoop :P

I dont even know where the 3.15 came from.. i started running quite fast and got 500m done quickly, then it went to snail pace.. hehe.. got waaaay ahead of myself then realised oh crap, I have to do this 3 more times.. :P i think your times are great, definately something to be happy about!!
Only 3rd WOD in a row so quite heavy in the little legs! So glad for the change in training. Had to do the runs tonight on the tready cause it was 8:00 when work finished.

3.10, 3.07, 3.16, 3.40.... first 800's in while and blew out on the last one, just wanted it to be over...
