i was excited about this last night but when I woke up this morning every inch of my body was aching .
rest day after four days in a row???
no ice cream today... that's in a month....ferrero rocher ice-cream from il gelato... yumyumyum

gaaahh...triceps are soo sore from ring dips , never been this sore since cable tricep press down days.
