oh this sounds brutal
went to watch and ended up doing the WOD...
i actually feel much better after the WOD... reckon the kb swings knocked the stiffness out of my lower back...
got 9 rounds + 1 set of kb swings + 1 run + 10 situps...
nice work everyone!!! and dave, even with a bad back you're a beast..

it was tiring.........
1st workout in over a week and my body reacted like it had never excerised before.. still shaking now..
6 rounds and coulda got 1 or 2 kb swings in but stopped..
I woulda normally hoped for at least 8 rounds, so def not happy with todays effort..
Thats good Robyn! Its always like that after a virus - and u did it with 16 kg KB!!! Thats fantastic. Not only saying it, but I mean it.

Nez i think you need to go back to school to count cos i know you were at least 2 rounds ahead of me - maybe a bit of modesty because you may've lost count of what you were up too hey :)

I did 6 rounds. Pitty Im still a bit sick. But hopefully next weekend we will all be healthy again :D

Great stuff Astrid!!! And you look like you lost weight. compared to 3 weeks ago. I was gonna say this but I got too delirious, and busy with kids, after work out and I forgot.
Really, Carter? nah you were fast too - I know I've said this before but you move pretty fast for a big guy :p

Aww thanks ladies. Yeah I have lost a little bit. Unsure as to how though because I've been a real pigsy lately. I feel like Im starting to tone up and feel stronger too which is great. Really good feeling :) Great to hear its noticable :D

I really enjoyed the workout...very challenging. The running (more like jogging) was tough.
