11.06 i think,yet another workout where i doesn't look too bad on paper but hurts like hell while you're doing it.

a lot of stuff looks easy on paper, but those of us who have been at it long enough to know the humbling effects of a WOD know that this isn't true...

was pretty much one of the top finishers in the lifting (2nd to dave) but ended up sucking at the back extensions

Burpees were very tough. My lungs were burning after the workout. Had to sit in the car for 10mins before I could drive home.
