This is gonna be wicked cool!!!
Far out this wod ate me alive! Was great having andy driving me all the way - dude your hands copped it on the rope climb, you had me "hands" down on everything else! (excuse the pun)
Rx'd 7 rounds + 15 du's + 6 Burpees
So as it turns out this was a little less "wicked cool" half way through. My hands pretty much ate sh*t. Thanks to everyone for creating a great atmosphere this morning. Everyone was punishing themselves. Cudos to Luke for having a go at and pretty much killilng the rope climb. Good job Jay! You got me in the end, excuses are like assholes so I'm not gonna try and make one up... I just should have gone faster!

5 rounds + 15 du's + 15 burpees - couldn't make it to the box jumps after that with only 5 seconds to go! Scaled rope climbs off the bars x 4 per round in place of full rope climb. Was great fun this morning!

First 2 rounds did Rope Climbs AsRx - forearms were too jacked to get anymore out. Then for the rest sub 3 x straight leg rope climbs.
Tough wod - couldn't suck in enough air.
five rounds plus all the burpees..... and a sore chest and tummy from dropping myself in the last set of burpees....
must have been funny watching me crap myself lowering myself in the rope ascent, even tho I have BOTH feet on the ground!!!
