We've been watching the xfit games footage, man it looked intense, makes me cringe watching some of the things they did.. Hopefully watch it in person next year.. :)
S&^t!! Lastnight I couldn't even do a muscle up from my knees and jump because I was so sore from the push ups!! What are you trying to do to me this week??!!

Hey Lhani, I am coming in at bout 11 today I have the Run, Deadlift, Sandbag Hillsprint and Row Hammer WOD's downloaded and am in the process of getting the Snatch/wallball couplet done. I will copy and bring in the ones I have for you.
Lhan, the footage from this year is wicked.. this year, ive only watched 4 eps so far, is kicking ass over Every Second Counts.. :)

Hey Lhani, I left the DVD's with Jono. definitely agree with Robyn, The footage is way better
13.28 - Hayden helped mechange to the taped rings mid workout as I kept slipping - No excuses , but I wanna try this again sometime, as I felt abit cheated.But I do still need to get better transitions in my MU's
its always awesome watching someone so chunky doing muscle ups.
