Inez, they are full squat snatches and they kill me! 27:09 I think, with 15kg. I really want to nail the technique with these cos they are so much easier done right. Smokey air made the run a bit yuk. Back tonight for the lifting WOOHOO!

oh damn, I forgot to take my gym gear with me to work, I wont be able to make it in time, I was actually looking forward to giving this a go, I want to run... I cant believe It, but for some strange reason running looks appealing to me now.

Andy thanks for the apology but I hardly noticed it because I was totally zoned out trying to get those bloody snatches out... you did a mean job!!! Wish I could have 5 rounds though... baby steps as Hayden says right. (which I think is his favorite saying)
you did a great job Erin - You did 3 x 400m runs which is an achivement in itself considering how much youve improved from the first time you stepped into sxf. Snatches are always gonna be tough to nail in one go when youre a newbie.

Did snatches with 15kg 28.05 managed to fall on my arse and drop the weight on my foot too. Oh fun times! :P
