In-House Comps

Pencil these into your diary!

Here are the date for the next few upcoming in-house comps. These will all count towards the SXF Scoreboard so plan ahead to be there.

  • Friday the 25th & Saturday the 26th of November at Southern CrossFit
  • Sunday 4th Dec WWAGP#4, location is TBA
  • Saturday 14th January

what time will the workouts be on saturday?if I cant make it that day can I do these workouts at a different time?

i will be leaving for indonesia on 10 jan. Is there a chance I can do 14th Jan wod before I leave?
