CFP Wounded Warrior Weekend Wrap-up

Congratulations to everyone who participated on Sunday up at CrossFit Perth's Fight Gone Bad

Great effort by all as we (Team Southern CrossFit) took out 1st place in the affiliate team competition and also had 4 podium finishes including Claire, Nez, Hayden & Steph in their respective categories! It was great to see everyone getting in and help support each other throughout the day. Thanks also to the guys who didn't compete but still came down to help support.

Great to see everyone lifting for the competition and busting out with some awesome PB's too !!

We can now look ahead to up coming REX Affiliate Cup which we will be choosing athletes to represent Team SXF very shortly. If your interested in competing and representing TEAM SXF please post in the comments below or let us know at this Friday nights Sports Class.

Stand-by for the first release of the SXF Scoreboard with results from our first competition.

Post Results from the days competition & any PB's below!

FGB = 298 (PB, but I have a lot more in me)
sled = ?, Bench = 100kg, Stone = 78kg (PB)
Snatch = 80kg (PB), C&J = 105kg (PB)

Started out not very pumped for the whole experience (as did a lot of other people I think)
Once FGB was out of the way I found the rest of the competition very enjoyable.

Glad to see SXF putting on an 'Oly Clinic' and nearly everyone hitting PB's after a hard day of training.

My sled push is missing from the scoresheet uploaded by CFP.
Overall I should have finished 4th if the scores were added up correctly.
Cheers H

FGB: 380 PB
Sled: 50m?
Bench: 115kg
Stone: 94kg
Snatch: 85kg PB
C&J: 105kg PB

Not sure on the exact sled meterage, but I know I got more than 47m.

My sled score and my atlas stone score were both missing from the CFP score sheet. Overall I should have finished 7th even if the sled was as low as 45m my place would still be 7th overall.

Also, Lhani's scores are screwed up too.
