so, an update after having pizza.. after feeling pretty wicked all week healthwise (beside day one), the pizza last night made me feel kinda yuk.. I slept really fidgity all night and i have a bit of a sore tummy this morning.. before starting paleo, having pizza was the norm and i didnt realise i felt bad afterward, prolly coz of all the other crappy food i was eating.. ready to rock back into paleo til i go away coz dont like feeling crappy like this.. =(
anyone who wants almond meal - its 400g for 10 bucks at woolies.. recommend going to the indian spice place on high road (just near the gym) as it is only $5.90 for the same amount.. lots of dry herbs and spices for hell hell cheap too.. and open sundays..
B= Fruit Salad, dates and almonds S= more nuts and dates (had to eat something while people were feeding their face with a cake for a 90th Birthday). I felt much better saying no to the cake once I watched the clip "sugar the bitter truth" L=ross' left over fittata D= steak with onion and mushroom sauce (made from scratch) steamed brocolli, cauliflower, asparagus. D= blueberries, pineapple, coconut milk and shredded coconut.
