Day 10 -Herb Meatballs-

50ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1 Onion (Chopped)

1 Clove of Garlic (Crushed)

1 Handful of Flat Leaf Parsley (Chopped)

1 Bunch of Sage (Chopped)

1 Bunch of Thyme (Chopped)

1 Bunch of Oregano (Chopped)

 

Cook onion and garlic in olive oil until soft, add herbs and cook for another minute

Cool

 

500g Beef Mince

2 Egg Yolks

 

Mix with onion mix and shape into patties. Cool in fridge for 30 mins

Grill on and Serve with your Favourite Salad or Veg

In a bad/grumpy mood and found that i craved all the bad stuff today.. Kept with Paleo but wow, cravings were intense.. not sure of dins but seriously craving crappy pizza.. hahaha.. be strong..

Im not sure where you are Leah but Jo said a place in como is better than coles etc.. Think she said its called loose produce or something..

Leah, I got bunches of fresh herbs from Woolworths in the fruit and veg section, 99 cents a bunch bargain!

Just a word of warning before planting herbs... Plant them in pots otherwise they will go like a weed, especially mint... The side of my garage is minty fresh thanks to my mistake...
